Making a Purchase

Placing an order with us is safe, simple and straightforward. Just choose the puzzle you want by clicking on the 'Add to Basket' button.

The method of payment we have selected is SagePay. It is safe, reliable and easy to use.

Shipping And Handling

UK: £2.00 per delivery. Free on orders over £25.
Europe: £4.00 per delivery. Free on orders over £50.
North America: £8.00 per delivery. Free on orders over £100.

Please email us for shipping charges to the rest of the world before you place your order.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders within 24hrs.

We offer a standard delivery service. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days.
International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the state of your order on delivery we will be happy to either replace the product or supply you with a Puzzleguru credit note of the same value.

    • c. help fraud prevention i.e. we check card details with our credit agency and reserve the right to refuse Orders on that basis (your credit rating can be checked for a nominal fee with the main UK agencies Equifax and Experian);
